1)District Advantages
Changsha Jinxia Logistics Park is the key industry item of Changsha Jinxia  Economic Development District.
Changsha Jinxia Economic Development District is one of the ten Hunan key development districts and the unique core park of the logistics industry in Changsha, is also the short-term key developing park of the General Plan of Changsha City admitted by the State Department.
The Economic Development District locates at the center of north Changsha,  covers a total area of 34.96 square kilometers. It¡¯s a logistics park of superior communication network across the entire country. Meanwhile, a number of high-standard logistic services constructed or constructing, such as Changsha Jinxia Custom Bonded Logistics Center, Changsha New Port, and Changsha Railway Logistics Center, etc. are becoming the major impetus of its development.
Jingguang (Beijing-Guangzhou)and the Additional are its major railway arteries,  while its major highways are two National Hayways¡ªNo.107 and No.319 and Jingzhu (Beijing-Zhuhai) Speedway, southeast in the city. Qingzhuhu Roadway, main roadway in the park, stretches to North Hurong Road. The Second£¦Third Ring Road crosses the district and links to Jingzhu (Beijing-Zhuhai),Changchang and Changyong Speedways. Changsha Railway Logistics Center and Laodaohe Railway Group-organizing Station are under construction in it. It¡¯s just 20 kilometers away from Changsha Huanghua Airport. All the airlines, railways, keel shipping and roadways has formed into a convenient communication network surround it ,therefore it becomes an vital international logistics basement in China.
2)Industrial Layout
It has formed a layout of ¡°One Primary and Three Secondary¡±. ¡°One Primary¡± means the core district, Changsha Jinxia Economic Development District, it will mainly develop logistics industry as well as arranging completely functional  logistics services. ¡°Three Secondary¡± means three groups containing Gaoling Group, Erxiu Group and Qingzhuhu Group, among them Gaoling Group will mainly develop industry, logistics, commerce and form a large-sized complex basement of logistics business and industry, Erxiu Group will mainly develop inhabitancy, commerce and office while Qingzhuhu Group will mainly develop services industry like running conference and exhibition, cultural originality and traveling.
At present, a number of enterprises has logged in the park, such as Changsha Jinxia Custom Bonded Logistics Center, Hunan Xingang Ltd., Enrui International Corp. of Canada, Changsha Heavy Machine Manufacture Ltd., Hunan Central Foodstuff Wholesale Market, Changsha National Foodstuff Repertory, Changsha Chuangyuan Ltd., Changsha Dalian Industry Development Ltd. and Hunan Investment Corp. Ltd. etc.
